Terms Of Service

Last Updated: 19.01.2025▹ By purchasing my services you automatically agree to the following terms of service.
▹ Please do not commission me if you're not willing to accept my conditions.
▹ My services are non-refundable. By commissioning me you agree that once my work is started, you can no longer chargeback. If there are any problems with the final result, please message me.
▹ If you do issue a charge back on one of my services, without discussing it with me beforehand, or breat my TOS in any other way, I have the right to resell whatever was sent to you and make profit off of it. If it's a design -> I will resell it as an adoptable. If it's a live2d model -> I will turn it into a ych available to anyone at a discount. Once you do that, you no longer own the rights to use the art piece I made and you will be blacklisted from any future purchases.
▹ Unless you're a customer, you're not allowed to repost my art.
▹ Using my art for AI and/or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.
▹ Please credit me if you post work commissioned from me. Use a watermarked version I provide to avoid others from stealing my images.
▹ I own the copyrights to everything I draw. You can buy the rights from me for double the price of commissioned piece. Please do not edit my images & model files, unless you purchased the copyright. (Recoloring model inside vtube studio is allowed!)
▹ Commercial rights to use my work for stream/youtube related profit is included in the price already. If you plan to make merch with anything that I worked on, a small commercial fee will be discussed. This fee is available to be purchased at later date. You can check the commercial prices in Commissions tab.
▹ Commercial rights =/= copyright. After purchasing commercial rights you're allowed to use the commissioned art piece for merch purposes. It's a one time payment. However, if you want to own the art and do whatever you want with it (such as changing/editing it), you will have to purchase the copyright and have me transfer ownership to you.
▹ If you plan to resell art you commissioned from me, you cannot sell it for bigger price than you paid for it. You may not make profit from my artworks, unless commercial fee has been paid.
▹ I'm allowed to post all commissions and WIPs to my social media. If you want me to keep it secret until certain date, you will have to pay a fee (NDA).
▹ Please do not commission me if you want me to change my art style or mimic someone else's. Small adjustments are okay, bigger changes will not be accepted. I want to stay consistent to my brand.
▹ I take payment in EURO through paypal invoices or Vgen. You can pay using other currency, just keep the currency conversion in mind. I don't offer payment plans.
▹ If I decide I'm no longer able to finish your commission, I will refund you the full amount.
▹ I have the right to decline any request for any reason.
▹ You are allowed to ask for updates at any point via my Twitter or Email
▹ I can't be rushed, unless extra fee has been paid.
▹ I deliver any work through google drive link sent to client via Twitter.
▹ If u decide to commission me, you will be added to my trello waitlist. I will ask for payment 1-2 weeks before I can start working on your piece. You can check your position in queue at all times using the QUEUE tab.
▹ If I have any ongoing commissions at the time of your order, I won't start yours until all previous ones have been finished, unless u pay a rush fee. You will be given a rough estimate delivery date.
▹ I start work after full amount has been paid. If you're in rush, you can pay a sketch fee to receive a sketch much sooner. This fee will be excluded from your final price later on.
▹ The turnaround time might be longer/shorter than expected. If you need your commission to be done by exact date, I need to know beforehand.
▹ Please do not change your twitter @ while being on my waitlist/worklist without telling me first. I receive many dms a day and I will not be able to find you later. If you paid and I can't find you after finishing your piece, your commission will be canceled without a refund.
▹ Everything needs to be discussed before I send invoice. If you request additional elements that were not discussed before payment, I will issue a 2nd invoice at the end of my work, right before sending the final piece. so you can pay for the extras.~ | What I do / don't draw: | ~
