Ideally get in touch with your rigger before working with me. If they request unusual cutting such as underlayers, my price will be increased accordingly to the extra work required. If you havent chosen a rigger yet by the time u decide to work with me, I will make the model best way I can, however I will not apply any changes after delivered.Make sure you have a detailed reference of your character before commissioning me. I won't sketch/add new things that aren't included in the design you provide, unless you agree to pay extra complexity fee.

▹ Please do not commission me if you're not willing to accept my conditions.
▹ Unless you're a customer, you're not allowed to repost my art.
▹ Using my art for AI and/or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.
▹ Please credit me if you post work commissioned from me.
▹ Commercial rights to use my work for stream/youtube related profit is included in the price already. If you plan to make merch with anything that I worked on, a small commercial fee will be discussed.
▹ I'm allowed to post all commissions to my social media. If you want me to keep it secret until certain date, you will have to pay a fee.
▹ Please do not commission me if you're going to ask me to change my art style. Small adjustments are okay, changing the face/body in 100% will not be accepted.
▹ My services are non-refundable. By commissioning me you agree that once my work is started, you can no longer chargeback. If there are any problems with the final result, please message me.
▹ If you do issue a charge back on one of my services, without discussing it with me beforehand, I have the right to resell whatever was sent to you and make profit off of it. Whether it be a design, illustration or a whole live2d model. Once you do that, you no longer own the rights to use the art piece I made and you will be blacklisted from any future purchases.
▹ I take payment in EURO through paypal invoices (no payment plans, all must be paid upfront via PayPal invoice)
▹ If I decide I'm no longer able to finish your commission, I will refund you the full amount.
▹ I have the right to decline any request for any reason.
▹ You are allowed to ask for updates at any point via my Twitter
▹ I can't be rushed, unless extra fee has been paid.
▹ I deliver any work through google drive link sent to email (the same email you used for paypal invoice).
▹ If u decide to commission me, you will be added to my trello waitlist. I will ask for payment about a week before I can start working on your piece.
▹ I start work after full amount has been paid.
▹ If I have any ongoing commissions at the time of your order, I won't start yours until all previous ones have been finished, unless u pay a rush fee. U can check my trello queue to know how many comms I have to finish, before I can work on yours.
▹ Keep in mind I can't always provide an exact delivery date, especially if I have comms in queue/waitlist. The wait might be longer/shorter than expected.
▹Your twitter is the only way I can communicate with you, so if you decide to change ur @ at any point, make sure to notify me. Otherwise you will be removed from my list, if I can't find you.
▹ Everything needs to be discussed before I send invoice. If you request additional elements that were not discussed before payment, I will issue a 2nd invoice at the end of my work, right before sending the final piece. so you can pay extra charge. If something needs to be separated in specific way, I need to know about it at the start. Depending on the element, it might require extra charge too. Once delivered, I will not accept any further changes upon rigger's requests.~ | What I do / don't draw: | ~

▹ If you have a specific deadline you must discuss it with me before placing your order.
▹ All due times are counted from when the sketch phase is started. If I have any ongoing commissions, your order is put on hold until I'm done with all previous ones.
▹ You may not rush me in any way.
▹ Asking for updates is fine.
• Live2D models take about 2-6 weeks, depending on complexity.
▹ Designs take 5-14 days. Each revision adds 1 day to the deadline.
▹Illustrations have 1 month deadline from the moment first sketch is sent to the customer.
▹ I let you know once I have started working on your order. If I'm not messaging you for a while, it means I've been working on different commissions and haven't worked on yours yet.
▹ Rush fee is +30% of service price. This means I will work on your piece in my free time to get it done ASAP.~ | LIVE2D MODELS | ~
▹ You should send me all reference pictures before the order has been placed, so I can make sure I'm suited for the job.
▹ If you haven't purchased a design from me I will not change or add anything to the design you provide. I require either a reference sheet or very detailed reference pictures for every piece of clothing/hairstyle.
▹ You will be given unlimited revisions after every requested change during the sketch phase, until you're 100% happy with the sketch. Once I start lineart, no further changes are allowed.
▹ I will send you updates after the sketch and after I finished the piece (will be watermarked), before delivering it through email(watermark removed).~ | DESIGNS | ~
▹ Send me your lore(if u have any) and all references/ideas you have, color scheme, style you like and I'll take care of the rest.
▹ You will be given 4 revisions, extra revisions will result in fee.
▹ I make my designs YCH style (with premade body & face base), showing my current art style the best. Main focus is put on clothes/hair. Body and face are not changed (only changing eyecolor/makeup/skin color)
▹ Changes to the bodyshape can be made with small fee, face stays the same.▹ After you approve the final piece it'll be sent to you via email linked to your PayPal.~ | COMMISSION PROCESS | ~
▹Specifying details of the commission through twitter dms -> Full payment via paypal invoice -> Sketch draft -> Flat colors -> Final no background -> Final with background.▹All updates will include a screen-big watermark to prevent stealing. Once u approve the final piece I will send versions with small watermark and without.~ | REVISIONS |Additional revisions are charged extra $5 per change, at the end of the commission. A second invoice will be sent before delivering final work.▹ Live2D models: 3 revisions in sketch phase, 1 revision PER ELEMENT(body, hair, clothes) during model phase.
- All additional content such as toggles, etc, will be counted as extra charge to be paid at the end via second invoice. I want to avoid having more than 2 invoices per person, in case of additional wishes throughout the work. If you request any additional things, you will have to pay the 2nd invoice before receiving the finished model.▹ Designs: 3 small revisions, 1 complete redraw only.▹ Illustrations: 3 revisions in sketch phase, no revisions at clean up stage.
